1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nagadi8 ("nagadi8", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the nagadi8 website at nagadi8.net, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any services offered through those platforms.

By completing the nagadi8 registration process, clicking the confirmation checkbox at registration, logging in to an existing nagadi8 account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you signify your full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and together form the complete agreement between you and nagadi8.

nagadi8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2. Age & Eligibility

The nagadi8 platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or access any real-money service on nagadi8. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.

nagadi8 employs an identity and age verification process during account registration and at the point of first withdrawal. 3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nagadi8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nagadi8 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with your bank or mobile wallet provider for details.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nagadi8 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and nagadi8 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing Times

The minimum deposit on nagadi8 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day; these are displayed in the nagadi8 cashier section at the time of deposit. Mobile wallet deposits are credited to your nagadi8 account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one business day, subject to standard bank processing times.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed by nagadi8 during standard operating hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within one to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one business day. nagadi8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, including requests for identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declarations. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the nagadi8 account.

4.4 Player Fund Protection

Player balances held in nagadi8 accounts are maintained in dedicated accounts that are segregated from the Company's operational funds. This means your deposited BDT and any credited winnings are ring-fenced and are not used for any purpose other than satisfying player withdrawal requests. nagadi8 does not use player funds as working capital.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

All betting and casino activity on nagadi8 is subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game type or betting market, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific product rules and these Terms, the specific product rules shall take precedence for matters relating to that specific product only.

5.1 Sports Betting

Bets placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets on nagadi8 are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for that sport (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, International Cricket Council, or FIFA). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, individual market settlement rules will apply as described in the sports betting rules section of the nagadi8 platform. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled.

5.2 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino games available on nagadi8 — including slots, live dealer table games, and crash games — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These games use certified random number generators and are subject to the rules and return-to-player rates published by the respective game providers. nagadi8 is not responsible for any technical malfunction originating within a third-party game provider's software; in such cases, bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's nagadi8 account balance.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not claimed, activated, or wagered within the stated expiry period will be removed from the player's nagadi8 account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for tracking the expiry dates of any bonuses credited to their accounts.

7. Responsible Gaming

nagadi8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing tools that help players stay in control of their gambling activity. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we actively support players who feel their gambling may be becoming a problem.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all nagadi8 players from within their account settings, effective immediately upon activation:

8. Account Closure & Termination

You may request the closure of your nagadi8 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, nagadi8 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

8.1 Closure by nagadi8

nagadi8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraudulent activity; account activity that is inconsistent with the player's stated profile; failure to complete identity or age verification; or activity that nagadi8 reasonably believes may be in violation of applicable laws.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of a nagadi8 account — whether at the player's request or by action of nagadi8 — all pending bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are forfeited. Any bets that were placed and remain unsettled at the time of closure will be settled according to standard settlement rules; winnings from unsettled bets will be credited to the payment method on file where the account closure was player-initiated. Where closure is initiated by nagadi8 due to a breach of these Terms, any balances subject to the breach may be withheld pending investigation.

8.3 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair play and transparency as applied in international online gaming practice.
